| “Time Zones Revisited” is a Drum Set solo. It was written in 2003 by Randy Hogancamp, Professor of Percussion at the University of Northern Iowa. The solo is written for drum set minus the high hat. The quarter and half note triplets are developed through the use of skeletal rhythms. Count eighth note triplets in order to play the quarter note triplet polyrhythms. Also available as a PDF. |
